Year 5 finished their 'Healthy Habits' topic with a fun-filled day of health-related activities. They experienced a combination of physical, mental and social health activities such as dodgeball, healthy snack food design, daily fitness routines, social connection games, yoga, smiling minds and mindfulness activities. The students had a wonderful time!
