Celebrating Excellence: Secondary Prize Giving Day

Léman International School in Secondary division concluded the academic year with a grand Prize Giving Day event, a celebration of our students' hard work and dedication over the past year. Held at the Fusion Theater, the event was attended by proud parents, enthusiastic teachers, and all the students of the Secondary school, making it a memorable and heartfelt occasion. 

The Prize Giving Day is an annual tradition at Léman International School, designed to recognize and reward students for their academic achievements and efforts across various subjects. This year, the event was particularly special as it showcased the resilience and commitment of our students in overcoming the challenges posed by a demanding academic year.

Recognizing Academic Excellence

The highlight of the event was the presentation of the Academic Endeavor awards for each subject. These awards honor students who have demonstrated exceptional effort, perseverance, and a genuine passion for learning in their respective subjects. From Mathematics to Literature, Science to I&S, students were celebrated for their dedication and hard work. 

In addition to the subject-specific awards, the ceremony also featured the prestigious Academic Attainment and Academic Achievement awards for each year group. These awards are given to students who have not only excelled academically but have also shown significant improvement and growth over the year. The Academic Attainment award recognizes those who have achieved outstanding grades and demonstrated a deep understanding of their subjects. Meanwhile, the Academic Achievement award celebrates students who have shown remarkable progress and dedication to their studies, embodying the spirit of lifelong learning.

The atmosphere at the Fusion Theater was electric with excitement and pride as students walked up to the stage to receive their awards. The applause and cheers from their peers and families highlighted the sense of community and support that defines Léman International School. The event was a testament to the collective efforts of students, teachers, and parents in fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
