Villagers in the alpine village of Stumbledorf had begun to wonder whether something was amiss with their annual tribute to the dragon at the top of the mountain. Enter Tommy Rumble to prove that appearances can be deceptive, when he finally meets Gawaine the dragon.
For many of the children, this was their first taste of performing on the stage in front of a live audience and they certainly did not disappoint. There was terrific singing, wonderful performances and plenty of smiles all round during this fantastic show.
The show would not have been possible without the hard work of the Year 2 teachers and assistant teachers, Mr Tant and Ms Leng. We are also very grateful for the support of the parents with costumes, props and helping the children learn their lines. Above all, congratulations to all of the children in Year 2 for a memorable performance.
