Tuition fees
You can pay your child’s tuition fees either annually or termly. We offer a discount when you pay for the year in full. All fees are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Application fee
We charge a non-refundable fee of RM1,500 per application. This covers the administrative and assessment costs associated with reviewing each student's application.
Enrolment fee
To secure your child’s place, you'll need to pay a one-time enrolment fee of RM18,000. This fee is paid per family, regardless of the number of children. It's non-refundable, but a portion may be returned when a family provides a minimum of three months' early notice before withdrawing their child(ren) from the school.
Payment options
Bank transfer/TT
We accept all major foreign currency transfers. Details will be provided on the invoice. Please send proof of transfer to finance@britishschool.edu.my. A local bank transfer can be made by visiting your bank's branch or via online transfer.

Online credit or debit card (VISA and Mastercard only)
We have partnered with CardUp, an online payment platform, to enable convenient credit card payments. CardUp charges an additional processing fee of 1.55% for local credit cards or 3.3% for international credit cards. The processing fee will be automatically calculated upon checkout.

We’ve also partnered with Flywire, allowing you to pay online from your home country bank account. Methods include bank transfer, credit card, and e-wallet (Alipay, PayPal). JomPay
You can also pay via JomPay from your local online bank account. Use the student ID/customer number if your invoice number isn’t available.
In-person at the school
You can pay in-person at the school by bringing a cheque to our Upper Hill Campus. Please make your cheque payable to ‘The British School of Kuala Lumpur Sdn Bhd’.
