The Benefits and Importance of Soups in Childhood

1

Over the past few weeks, we have received several positive comments about our soups, with many praising their delicious taste. We genuinely appreciate all feedback, as it helps us to improve our services and continuously provide even better meals.

There is something particularly comforting about a steaming bowl of soup. Not only does it warm the body, but it also soothes the soul – especially on colder days. Soups are packed with essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that support children’s healthy development and contribute to proper hydration.

It is always a pleasure to see children enjoying their soups as they eat something tasty, consume a meal that is easy to digest, and provide them with energy throughout the day. In addition to the sample plates on display, which illustrate the necessary daily nutrients, we recommend incorporating soups into the daily diet. Furthermore, from last week onwards, we have started displaying the menu directly next to the meals, making it even easier for students to find information and make their choices.

Here at school, whether it's a classic broth or a hearty vegetable soup, our soups are a starter and a key part of the planned daily energy intake!
