On Thursday February 6th 9.00am, Performing Arts will be hosting a Parent Academy for Primary parents. The purpose of the Parent Academy is to practically explore and understand further our Juilliard-Nord Anglia Performing Arts Programme. Ms James and Mr Cannon will be delivering a Primary aged, Juilliard Creative Classroom lesson in Music with any Primary parents who wish to be involved and gain a better understanding of our Juilliard-Nord Anglia Performing Arts Programme. Due to the practical nature of this session, we will need parents to sign up using the following form. Please note no previous Music knowledge is required, just enthusiasm. Sign-up will be on a first come first served basis. Our Juilliard-Nord Anglia Performing Arts Programme provides the opportunity for students to experience an enhanced curriculum using a repertoire of core music and drama works encompassing a wide range of genres, styles and cultures designed and selected by Juilliard. It does not replace our curriculum, but instead supplements our Music curriculum from Primary, through the IGCSE and IB study programmes.
We look forward to welcoming you to the dining room on Thursday February 6th for a prompt start at 09.00am.
Sarah James
Director of Performing Arts
