Year 7 - Coin Experiment

Year 7 spent some time practicing their motor skills by looking at how many drops of water can fit on a 5 Forint coin. This allowed them to start to think scientifically by looking at the different variables they needed to change, measure, and control.
Did the side of the coin make a difference? Was there an ideal way to put the drops on? Who had the steadiest hand? All of these questions, and more, were looked into.
The most drops achieved was an astounding 84!
