We would like to extend a huge thank you to all the students who have been hard at work this week auditioning to be part of this year's school musical, 'School of Rock'. Your energy, enthusiasm and passion made the audition process truly inspiring and equally very challenging and difficult for us to cast. We have had the privilege of seeing over 80 auditions this week.
To all the students who weren’t cast in this year’s school musical, we want you to know how incredibly proud we are of your courage and effort. Auditioning takes bravery and passion, and just stepping up to try out is a huge achievement in itself. Every experience helps you grow, and there will be many more opportunities to shine. Don’t give up, keep honing your skills, stay involved, and continue to pursue your passion for the arts.
To the students who have been cast this year, as we move into the rehearsal phase, whether you're taking on a lead role, joining the ensemble, part of our pit band or contributing behind the scenes, your hard work and dedication over the following two terms will enable us to create a fantastic set of performances. This is about being part of something bigger than our individual selves, our success depends on teamwork and collaboration. Working together, supporting one another, and building strong connections will create a production we can all be proud of and our rehearsals are where the magic begins!
We are excited to be working with all the students involved and can't wait to see the incredible creativity and dedication you bring to this production.
