Year 2 have been observing the life cycle of butterflies. After the Easter break, we received caterpillars which turned into chrysalises. After a few days, butterflies emerged! We learnt how to look after them and then released them. We have learnt about their lifecycles and labelled their body parts. We will use this information to write our own non-chronological report.
