Born in Slovenia, Natasa will be joining the BISB instrumental team as a piano teacher from April 2023. She graduated from classical piano at Ljubljana Academy of Music in 2017 and has been teaching ever since. She enjoys working with students of all ages and knowledge levels and has gained a lot of experience as a chamber musician and an accompanist. Last week, Year 6 had the exciting opportunity to visit the Secondary Science Labs to explore the fascinating phenomenon of plasma. Using plasma balls, students experimented with focusing energy in specific directions and attempted to light different types of bulbs.
The Lunar New Year celebrations at BISB began with a lively and fun assembly hosted by Jason and Sonia. Their energy set the tone for the rest of the day, filled with activities that brought everyone together.
We are incredibly proud to share that Laura Ivánka (Year 9) has achieved a remarkable milestone by winning the Fourth Award at the prestigious Taiwan International Science Fair (TISF), representing BISB on a global platform.
Our EYFS children had an incredible time on their recent trip to the fire station! They were thrilled to meet real-life firefighters and learn all about their important work.
