As we approach the final week of Movember Spirits (and Mo's) are high! The brave eleven Mo Bro's and Sistas have continued their challenge to raise funds and awareness for Movember, (and have continued to look fantastic along the way!). Here is the ''3 Week Mo'' update of the Mo Bros of BISB:
Movember is an annual event which aims to raises funds and awareness for men's health issues, specifically men related cancers, men's mental health issues and men's suicide. Movember involves growing (or wearing fake) moustaches during the month as a visual reminder of the importance of these issues. On Tuesday 12th November, our Year 11 IGCSE Performing Arts students provided an evening of performances.
At BISB, we recently hosted our Year 13 CAS Project Exhibition from October 28th to 31st.
World Children’s Day is UNICEF’s annual day of action for children, by children.
Last Friday, 8th November, a choir group of 11 school students from Georgia visited BISB to perform for our Year 5 & 6 children. The Georgian Ambassador also attended this event.
