Y9 Art have been painting A3 portraits in the style of the artist, Chuck Close using both acrylic and watercolour paints. The students first sketched their faces from a photograph, split each area of the face into a grid and then added a range of various shapes. We then photographed these sketches, printed them on A3 cartridge paper and added paint to create interesting work outcomes.

On Tuesday, 18th February, our Year 10 IGCSE Performing Arts students took to the stage for the very first time, presenting an evening of performances.
