In Year 6 Lava we have been learning about the Ancient Sumerians from Mesopotamia. They were among the first people to document and name some of the original star constellations. They also created the 12-month calendar, 60-minute hours and are the oldest civilisation known to humanity. Here are some of our constellations.

Following the postponement of Journey’s End before Christmas, we are pleased to announce the new dates.
Year 9 have been showing their green fingers/thumbs by trying to germinate cress seeds under various conditions, to see what is important for the seed growth.
