Thanks to a group of enthusiastic chess students, the Primary school held its second chess tournament this week.
Year 9 have been looking at rates of reactions and did an exploration of how the temperature of the acid affects the rate of reaction with the acid and magnesium..
In the Hungarian History lessons, Year 8 students have been learning about the dualist era and the Austro-Hungarian Empire. On 19th April, we visited the Royal Palace of Gödöllő because this place used to be King Franz Joseph’s and Queen Elisabeth’s favourite summer residence in Hungary.
Primary students have celebrated Earth Week this week in the school thanks to the huge efforts of the Junior and Mini Changemakers, who have spent months planning this event in school.

The curtains went up on Beauty and the Beast on Tuesday 28th March with the first of our 3 performances. With over 100 students involved from Year 5-Year 12 as either cast, musicians, crew, set building and prop design over the last few months, our students were excited to showcase their work.
It has been another whirlwind of Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) in Term 2.
