February 7th is the anniversary of the modern Periodic Table (first published in 1863). On the window of room C18 you will be able to find a collection of tables with many facts about the elements.
To mark Her Majesty the Queen’s historical 70 years reign we are calling on everyone in our BISB community to take part in our crochet challenge: can we make 70 metres of crochet bunting by Friday 3rd June 2022?
Today, Year 13 students presented their CAS projects to Year 12s. The CAS project is a collaborative, month-long project where students address at least two of the three strands of CAS - Creativity, Activity and Service.
The British International School Budapest and Bratislava this week co-hosted the NAE European Performing Arts Festival Wednesday 26th – 28th January 2022. Six of our European schools participated in this event, including the British schools of Dublin, Prague, Warsaw, Madrid, Budapest and Bratislava.

The BISB U14 Boys' Basketball team played with excellent heart and resilience in the U14 Boys' Festival held at MOM Sport and were able to produce some good results against more experienced opposition.
The Mangahigh Maths competition is an annual, week-long Maths event where students from COBIS schools take part in a variety of fun, engaging and challenging Maths games.
Thursday 27th January is a day for everyone to remember. Millions of people were killed in the Holocaust under Nazi persecution and in the genocides that followed during the 20th and 21st centuries in countries like Rwanda, Cambodia and Darfur.
Year 5 continue to enjoy our new topic ‘Healthy Habits’ with a special circuit training session. The students learnt about the need to do a variety of exercises to develop strength, stamina, balance and coordination.
