Our Year 5 student wrote a letter to her teacher, Mr Barnett, Head of Primary, Ms Averette, and Assistant Head of Primary, Mr Franklin, to ask permission for our community to consider having a formal 'dress-up' Spirit Day, with all funds raised going to the community Kaitabahuma in Uganda, Africa.
On Friday 11th December, BIS Houston will formally 'dress-up' and help make a difference with Samantha.
With our support, we can help at least 285 people in Kaitabahuma! We can provide clean, safe and reliable water in the community Kaitabahuma in Uganda, Africa.
Right now, in Uganda, there are so many children, parents, and adults walking for hours on end, every day, all year long. If the water is not treated correctly, they can get severely sick. But with our help and support, let's help make a change and make a difference.
Our Year 5 student has invited us to please make a donation and help her spread the word and raise $1,050.00 to help lots of children and adults in Uganda, Africa. Her aim is to help them build a borehole well and a hand pump to get fresh water.
Join us and 'dress-up' on Friday 11th December and help change lots of different people's lives!
