The British International School of Houston's athletics seek to provide our student-athletes the opportunity to flourish and experience meaningful growth and accomplishment through a vibrant, comprehensive interscholastic athletics programme.
Our Athletic Offerings
BIS Houston is delighted to announce the following teams offered by the Bulldogs Athletic Department serving Years 7-13 for the 2022-23 school year. Our teams compete in the Greater Houston Athletic Conference (GHAC) for students in Years 7-9, and the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) District 4A for students in Years 10-13.

Our Athletic Facilities
Our state-of-the-art, purpose built, 33-acre campus features an impressive array of facilities.
Our sports facilities include:
- Two NCAA-sized gymnasiums with retractable and height-adjustable basketball hoops
- Six-lane Aquatics Center offering both learn-to-swim and competition pool areas
- Extensive multi-purpose outdoor grass sports fields
- Three Tennis Courts
- Eight-lane running track with portable hurdles, long jump pit and high jump mat
- FIFA regulation artificial soccer field and a varsity stadium complete with bleachers for spectators
- Dance studio
- Fully equipped fitness center

Athletic Health Forms
Please note: All High School Students (Years 10-13) must complete and submit TAPPS Eligibility Forms to participate in Bulldog Sports Programs.
The British International School of Houston uses TMS to manage athlete eligibility. To get started, please click the 'Login' link below to create your account. Both parents and students need to download the app and log in:
• Students should use their school email address.
• Parents should log in with the email address on file with the school (as listed in ISAMS).
This will allow you to set up a password for future access.
***Parents, if your child is a Non-US citizen, you need to complete the International Student Application page for your child under the TAPPS Student Profile page. This form just needs to be completed once and submitted to the British International School of Houston’s Athletic Department to submit to the TAPPS office for approval. If you have completed this form in a previous year, you do not need to complete it again unless your living arrangements/guardianship has changed. The ISA can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.
