Recently, we caught up with one of our former Head Student from the Class of 2022, Anamika. Anamika is currently specialising in Work and Organisational Psychology as a final year student in the number one psychology programme in Europe at The University of Amsterdam.
Anamika said, “Studying psychology has allowed me to apply scientific knowledge and methods to gain an understanding of what other people think, feel and do. “
She added, “What I enjoy most about studying psychology is that the information we learn about behaviour can be spotted in our own lives, I have gained a lot of practical knowledge that can be applied to real-life situations encountered in our academic and social lives.”
Anamika loves living in the city of Amsterdam as the city is so accessible, multicultural and English is widely spoken and you can travel by any mode of transport you like including bike, tram, metro, train and walking.
The University of Amsterdam is traditionally a popular choice for our students and we are so pleased that Regents has set Anamika up for the future. Her favourite memories of Regents are sitting in the canteen and sharing homemade food from everyone’s countries and organising the gift for her tutor on Teacher’s Day. We wish Anamika the best of luck as she enters her final year of undergraduate study.
