Regents is delighted to announce an extension and enrichment of its popular Little Lions programme from January 2017. Our expert teachers will guide 1-2.5 year olds (with an accompanying parent) in a mix of fun outdoor and indoor activities designed to keep little minds and bodies stimulated and engaged. Please see details of the five morning programme below.
We are also delighted to welcome 2 year olds who are not yet toilet trained to our Pre-Nursery from January 2017. With a range of learning opportunities and environments that make exploration and discovery such a natural part of their learning, your child will receive an unrivalled start to their school life.
For both programmes please contact joanne.smith@regents-pattaya.co.th to register your interest.
Regents Little Lions
Monday
Designed to develop children's physical skills of agility, balance, co-ordination and climbing. The programme is structured to develop children's positive personality traits including confidence and self-esteem. Each session combines fun, excitement and challenge in a safe stimulating and caring environment.
Tuesday
Come and play in our outdoor environment. Climb the playhouse, ride the scooters, become a musician and get messy in our mud kitchen. These activities are all designed to develop fine and gross motor skills and are a great way to enjoy the freedom of the outdoors.
Wednesday
Come and use our trainer pool and receive early swimming tuition from qualified staff. Swimming is an integrative movement activity that is vital to the learning process. Swimming not only helps to develop muscle tone, coordination, balance, and gravitational security, but also eye movement control for reading, fine motor skills for writing, spatial awareness needed for math, cross patterning movements needed for reading, writing, spelling and math.
Thursday
Join us for a fun morning of singing and finger strengthening activities. We will explore the inside area and engage with different crafts with a focus on developing fine motor skills. Our songs will have actions and introduce beginning concepts like counting and rhyme.
Friday
Infant Massage and Rhymes enhances the children’s wellbeing through skinship and songs. It creates relaxing time to nurture the intimate relationship between the parent and the child which is essential for the child’s emotional, social physical and language development. Please join us in singing nursery rhymes together and learning massage from a professional reflexologist.
