After what has been a fantastic season, on Wednesday 6th November, our two U10 Netball teams took to the courts at Dulwich for Finals Day.
Each team played four games competing for a place in the playoffs, and both had some close and challenging matches! Our B team drew three and lost one, and our A team (after a very tense last game!) won three and lost one taking them through to the finals. They had another evenly-matched game and after eight minutes of very exciting play, they won 3-2 claiming 3rd place! The players all faught so hard and it made for a fantastic evening of Netball!
We could not be more proud of the teams and the excellent Netball they’ve all played this season. They’ve all improved so much and have really gelled together. Their defending has got much tighter, their shooting more accurate and their attacking more fluid. The teams have really done themselves proud.
Well done guys! We can’t wait for the next season!
