We are proud to be the only inclusive international school in Singapore delivering the National Curriculum for England. Open to children aged from 3-18, our truly personalised education enables students of all backgrounds and abilities to achieve their own measure of success.
We accept applications all year round – both for current and future academic years – and your child can start at any time, so long as we have places available.
The only exceptions are:
- We do not accept any new students into Year 11 as it is the third year of a three year IGCSE programme, where students write exams at the end of Year 11 based on studies and coursework completed over Years 9 to 11.
- We do not accept any new students into Year 13 as it is the second year of either a two year IB Diploma Programme or BTEC qualification.

Assessment and next steps
Once we’ve received your application and the non-refundable application fee of SGD$825, you will receive an email to confirm receipt and we will place your child on the waiting list for your preferred enrolment term.
If a place becomes available, we will contact you and let you know next steps. Typically, this is one of three things:
- We’ll ask for updated school reports and a Confidential Student Reference form to be completed by your child’s current school (for Year 2 and above applications).
- We’ll invite your child to an age-appropriate assessment if required.
- We have all the required documents and you will receive an acceptance letter offering your child a place at the school
If you are not offered a place for your preferred enrolment term, don’t worry, we will roll your application to the next term’s waiting list until a place does become available.
Visas and international requirements in Singapore
To join us, students must have a valid Dependent Pass, Long Term Visit Pass, Immigration Exemption Order, or Permanent Residency in Singapore. Unfortunately, students cannot study at Dover Court on a student pass.
Singaporean citizens also need to receive Compulsory Education Exemption from the Ministry of Education.
Year group placement
Experience tells us that children learn best in their age appropriate year groups. Within each age bracket, we offer three differentiated pathways, ensuring every child is stretched and supported in the right way.
Education system comparison
Schools and curriculums across the world can label their year groups differently. Take a look at our comparison of British and international education systems.
