When the platform is activated in exceptional circumstances, it offers two main modalities:
1. Connected Time where students can learn from their teachers "live" using our secure online platform.
2. Guided Time where students learn independently through tailored tasks set by their teacher.

In cases of platform activation due to exceptional circumstances, our younger students benefit from a combination of learning techniques to ensure they receive a truly engaging educational experience. From developing critical literacy skills during storytime to enhancing motor skills with creative games, our Educational Continuity Platform delivers the same high-quality lessons your child receives in the classroom.
For our primary students, their experience on the Educational Continuity Platform builds on the foundation laid in their early years, with a continued focus on cognitive development and preparing them for the next steps in their education.
From learning new skills to refining existing knowledge, working toward exams, and preparing for exciting next steps, our secondary students benefit from an experience designed to provide them with the best foundation for the future. If your child is in an exam class, we ensure our teachers also provide personalized tutorial support and, when necessary, individualized programs to maximize their chances of success.

Global Campus
Our students of all ages can also access Global Campus, Nord Anglia’s bespoke online platform, which broadens their learning experience beyond the classroom.
Students from across the globe can come together to learn, develop, and support each other from their homes. Whether collaborating remotely to create solutions for UNICEF’s Sustainable Development Goals or engaging with experts from MIT and The Juilliard School, MET students can take part in unique activities and develop their problem-solving skills.
Global Campus also offers students a series of mini personal challenges they can complete at any time to showcase their skills to friends around the world. Challenges can include participating in Nord Anglia’s annual global art competition, learning a new language, or virtually tackling Mount Kilimanjaro in the Virtual ‘Kili Climb’ challenge.
