The World Scholar's Cup originated in the United States and is warmly welcomed by many primary and secondary school students around the world. The World Scholars Cup is officially supported by Yale University, one of the Ivy League Universities in North America. Every year, the World Scholar's Cup sets a theme for this year's academic syllabus, guiding students to learn knowledge across six subjects through independent study and explorative research, with the aim to inspire young people's interests in learning, improve their teamwork, communication and critical thinking skills, and cultivate a community of future scholars and leaders.
The theme for 2022 is A World Re-Renewed, including four Academic Events: Scholar's Bowl, Collaborative Writing, Scholar's Challenge and Team Debate. The young scholars who win the promotion in the regional competition will have the opportunity to participate in the World Scholars Cup China final.
We are so proud that all four students who participated in the regional round qualified to compete in the World Scholars Cup China final round. Congratulations for our students’ great achievement again and all our best wishes and luck representing Léman and Chengdu in the China final round!
