Pan Mao (Clark)

Pan Clark graduated from Sichuan International Studies University in China with a major in English. She completed a Diploma in Montessori Method of Education with distinction grade and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Nottingham, UK.

Originally from China, Pan is fluent in Mandarin and English. She has a passion for early years education and strongly believes in child-led learning, developing the whole person and looking after children’s individual needs, interests, abilities, and strengths. With a multicultural background, she also believes that educators should help children to become international citizens with global awareness. 

Pan is delighted to be teaching Nursery at DCIS. In the classroom she creates a natural, warm, and interesting environment in which the children are challenged, their learning is full of fun and each child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Outside of school, Pan likes to travel, to experience different cultures and to try different kinds of sports. To keep fit, Pan enjoys taking part in local running events from 5km, 10km, half marathon and in 2010 even completed a 250km hike across the Gobi Desert in Mongolia.
