Jessica Gbadago graduated from the University of Leeds with a BA (hons) in Popular and World Music. She further studied at the University of East Anglia, where she gained a PGCE in Primary teaching. 

Jessica spent three years at a prestigious international school in Suzhou, China where she led the additional educational needs department. Before moving to China, Jessica taught at a complex needs school in Norwich, England. She is passionate about inclusion and adopts a person-centred, holistic approach to teaching and learning. 

Jessica strives to create a positive and nurturing classroom environment. She believes that teachers can equip students with the necessary skills to become successful, confident, and independent learners by implementing practical strategies and setting high and achievable expectations. 

Outside of school Jessica enjoys staying active and is a keen powerlifter and jogger. She is also a great lover of music and travel and is fortunate enough to have explored many beautiful places in and around South-East Asia.
