Before this, he trained as a journalist, experiencing life at various radio stations, and working with all walks of life, until deciding on a career in teaching. He is delighted to be working at DCIS and is enjoying the opportunities that this has given him to see a new part of the world and experience new adventures in Singapore.
At his previous school, David co-ordinated art and music, a role which allowed him to show his creative side. Since moving to Singapore, he has enjoyed bringing this creative flair into the classroom, believing this enhances teaching and learning, and motivates the students.
