Year 5 started their first STEAM unit of the year, 'Atoms, Elements and Chemical Change' with a bang as Mrs Quaite demonstrated how to make Elephant Toothpaste! Afterwards Year 5 thought about what they had seen and what might have caused it. They also started to think about what they might already know about atoms, elements and chemical changes.
