Simon Head Message
Week 13, Term 2, 2024/2025
As we reach the end of a fantastic Term 2, I want to take a moment to reflect on all that has happened over the past few months.

It has been a wonderfully busy term, filled with exciting learning experiences, celebrations, and memorable moments for our students. From engaging classroom projects to performances, sports events, and cultural celebrations, there has been so much to be proud of.

You should have now received your child’s Term 2 report via email, along with a printed copy. I encourage you to take the time to review the report with your child, celebrate their successes, and discuss the progress they have made. Their hard work and achievements deserve to be acknowledged!

In addition to this, students will have the opportunity to share more about their learning during our Student-Led Conferences on Friday, 25th April. This is a valuable moment for them to take ownership of their progress and showcase their work. A reminder that there will be no school for EYFS and Primary students on this day, as the day is dedicated to Student-Led Conferences only. During the conference, you will also have the chance to discuss your child’s Term 2 report with their class teacher.

Looking ahead, there is plenty to be excited about in Term 3! Our Under-11s Lions Team will be representing BSKL in the FOBISIA Games, and we have a range of exciting trips and events planned, including the Year 4, 5, and 6 residential trips, the Year 3 sleepover, and the EYFS and Year 2 production—plus much more!

Thank you for your ongoing support, and I wish you all a restful and enjoyable break.
