Year 11 to 12 Transition and Alumni Event

Many students from Year 11 spent last week integrating with Year 12 and experiencing a taste of Sixth Form life at BSKL. The students attended some tutorial style sessions and took part in ‘ice-breaking’ activities and pool matches with the Sixth Form students. As part of the week the Sixth Form Team enjoyed having the opportunity to connect with the Year 11 students and their parents and enjoyed reconnecting with some of our BSKL Alumni at the 2023 Alumni Event.  

Students from our BSKL Alumni spent an afternoon at BSKL reconnecting with each other as well as the BSKL students and teachers. The event was opened with Beau Smythe (Class of 2022) playing the electric guitar and followed by five presentations from our Alumni, where they shared with our students their experiences of university life in different locations around the world.
