Welcome message from our PTA 2025

Dear BSB Families,

We extend a heartfelt welcome to our returning families and those joining us for the first time in our vibrant BSB community. As we enter the second week of this New Year, the warmth and enthusiasm around us are truly heartening, reflecting the cherished spirit of togetherness we hold dear at BSB.

To our new families, we want to share a bit about ourselves. The Parents’ and Teachers’ Association (PTA) is driven by a simple yet profound mission: "For our children." We are a diverse and passionate group, brought together by our commitment to nurturing our kids’ educational journeys and making their school experiences as special as possible.

As our children begin to explore the beautiful world of learning, we acknowledge that it’s a collective journey—one where we support one another in fostering an enriching and uplifting environment that embodies the essence of BSB. Our vision is clear: to support our dedicated leadership, faculty, and fellow parents in building a community where every family feels valued and joy is the shared experience.

Term 2 is rich with opportunities for volunteer involvement, and we warmly invite you to participate! We have a wonderful Steering Committee, made up of 14 dedicated teams of parents who wholeheartedly contribute their time and energy to create memorable experiences in various capacities. Upcoming events:

Open PTA Meeting on 13^th January

On Monday the 13th of January we will be hosting an open PTA meeting at 9:00 in the theatre and we would like to invite you to join us. You will have the opportunity to meet our amazing team who can't wait to get to know you. We will also be sharing information on our various committees and how you can become involved.

TEDx event on 10^th January

The school will be hosting a TEDx event in the theatre on 10^th January. Please find attached the programme for the day. If you have signed up to join in person, make sure to attend at least a full session.
