2023-24 BSB Shunyi Yearbook – Order by 17th May

Dear Parents, 

We’re pleased to inform that this school year’s BSB Shunyi Yearbook will be available in June and you can order a copy now! 

We'll only print the number of orders received by 17th May to help with the environment so please ensure that you place your order by the deadline.

The Yearbook is a fantastic memoir of your child’s achievements and memories of a great year at BSB.  It includes class photos, reflections written by student leaders and teachers, and photo highlights of learnings and school events. Thank you to the amazing team of teachers, staff and students who put this together.

We’re pleased to offer you 2 Yearbook options:

1. The eBook costs 10 RMB

Our students have been learning about being eco-friendly so we want to encourage buying the eBook version. It can be view on your phone, tablet or computer.

1. Note: eBook can only be view online, it CANNOT be downloaded.
2. If you purchase the eBook, the phone number you put in the Yearbook Order form will be the ONLY phone number that can login to see the eBook. Each phone number can only purchase once.
3. Please double check that the phone number and email address you've input is correct. After you've successfully ordered, a confirmation will be sent to your mobile phone and email. Please keep as proof of purchase.
4. During the week of 11^th June, you will receive a login code to access the eBook.

2.The Printed Yearbook costs 190 RMB 

Many parents have provided us feedback that it is very important for them to have a printed copy of the yearbook. If you want a printed Yearbook, please scan the QR code below to order by 17^th May as we will print the exact number of copies to help with the environment.

1. Please double check that the phone number and email address you've input is correct. After you've successfully ordered, a confirmation will be sent to your mobile phone and email. Please keep as proof of purchase to collect your Yearbook.
2. During the week of 11th June, the school will give a printed copy of the Yearbook to those students who’ve ordered to take home.
3. If the student is absent and hasn’t received the Yearbook, the student can show your Yearbook Confirmation message to collect the Yearbook at the following location:
   • 17th -25th June at Marketing Office C109 Mon-Fri 9am-4pm
   • Starting from 26th June at the Security Gate Mon-Fri 9am-4pm
4. If you cannot come in person, please ask your friend to collect the Yearbook for you by showing your Yearbook Confirmation message.
5. We apologise that late orders of the printed Yearbook may not be accommodated as we’ll only print the number of orders received in May to help with the environment.
