Anextreme phenomenon ofourearth is thevolcanoes.Weworkedon the structure and formation of volcanoes withvideos and textsand discussed abouttheeffectsofvolcanoes.
There was another highlight in the art class, drawing and labeling the volcano and blowing the lava with paint and a straw in different directions. It was such fun!
We are excited to continue learning about the other extremes of earthquakes, tsunamis and tornadoes coming up next in topic!

Das Schuljahr begann hervorragend in der GK2! Im Sachkundeunterricht, wie auch in Kunst, lernen wir über unsere Erde. Wir haben den Aufbau der Erde kennengelernt und mit Knete unsere Erde mit den verschiedenen Schichten geformt. Die Schüler fanden es faszinierend, das Modell Erde dann aufzuschneiden und die verschiedenen Schichten klar zu sehen.
Ein Extrem unserer Erde sind die Vulkane. Wir haben uns den Aufbau und die Entstehung von Vulkanen mit Videos und Texten erarbeitet und über Auswirkungen von Vulkanen nachgedacht.

Hier war dann ein weiteres Highlight im Kunstunterricht, den Vulkan zu zeichnen und zu beschriften und die Lava mit Farbe und Strohhalm in verschiedene Richtungen zu blasen.
Es geht spannend weiter mit den Extremen Erdbeben, Tsunamis und Tornados!
