Juilliard Dances into BSB Sanlitun with Ms Salla Saarikangas

Students, parents and staff each had an amazing opportunity last week to participate in workshops with Juilliard’s Dance Curriculum Specialist, Ms Salla Saarikangas. Her shared experiences on techniques, performance and the importance of freedom that comes with dance were inspiring!

Ms Saarikangas led groups of participants in discussions about aspects of Juilliard’s programming, and shared how we can use the language of dance both in and out of our classrooms as an extraordinary means of communication and expression that even our youngest children can benefit from.
