The Atrium was buzzing for World Book Day on March 16th with students and staff dressed in a vibrant and imaginative array of costumes based on literary characters and events such as the Mini Saga competition and our annual Spelling Bee. Students from all year groups took part in the latter with the last three being dominated by some familiar faces from Year 11. Congratulations to:

Last week, Year 6 had the exciting opportunity to visit the Secondary Science Labs to explore the fascinating phenomenon of plasma. Using plasma balls, students experimented with focusing energy in specific directions and attempted to light different types of bulbs.
The Lunar New Year celebrations at BISB began with a lively and fun assembly hosted by Jason and Sonia. Their energy set the tone for the rest of the day, filled with activities that brought everyone together.
We are incredibly proud to share that Laura Ivánka (Year 9) has achieved a remarkable milestone by winning the Fourth Award at the prestigious Taiwan International Science Fair (TISF), representing BISB on a global platform.
Our EYFS children had an incredible time on their recent trip to the fire station! They were thrilled to meet real-life firefighters and learn all about their important work.
