Year 2 have started their Transport topic and have shown an interest in how cars are made. We have linked with JLR who kindly lent BISB some car parts for the children to look at. We completed observational drawings, guess what the parts were and then wrote down questions to ask about the parts. We were particularly interested in the body control module and the door handle!

Last week, Year 6 had the exciting opportunity to visit the Secondary Science Labs to explore the fascinating phenomenon of plasma. Using plasma balls, students experimented with focusing energy in specific directions and attempted to light different types of bulbs.
The Lunar New Year celebrations at BISB began with a lively and fun assembly hosted by Jason and Sonia. Their energy set the tone for the rest of the day, filled with activities that brought everyone together.
We are incredibly proud to share that Laura Ivánka (Year 9) has achieved a remarkable milestone by winning the Fourth Award at the prestigious Taiwan International Science Fair (TISF), representing BISB on a global platform.
Our EYFS children had an incredible time on their recent trip to the fire station! They were thrilled to meet real-life firefighters and learn all about their important work.
