Year 2 celebrated World Insect Appreciation Day on Thursday 8th June as part of our Plants and Insects topic. We dressed up as insects and took part in insect themed activities, made insect headbands and listened to a talk by Dr. Byron Wood all about insects. We asked questions and then did some research. We learnt a lot and had lots of fun!
