Join our Open Morning for Years 1 and 2
From Wednesday to Saturday - 23rd to 26th March - the Karinthy Model United Nations (KARMUN) took place at the Karinthy Frigyes Highschool; this is the largest MUN conference in the whole of Hungary.
The few hundred students in attendance were from schools in Warsaw, Spain and Netherlands, as well as from three other local high schools, Karinthy Frigyes Highschool, BME International Secondary School and Eötvös József Secondary School; these schools are all renowned for their treasury of MUN. We are proud to say that our delegates represented BISB very well in 5 out of 7 committees they were selectively placed in, winning an exceptional number of awards and being diligent delegates!

A huge congratulations to all the delegates, regardless of whether they won a placement or not, as simply contributing as much as everyone did in such a competitive environment is an achievement worth recognition!

Following the postponement of Journey’s End before Christmas, we are pleased to announce the new dates.
Year 9 have been showing their green fingers/thumbs by trying to germinate cress seeds under various conditions, to see what is important for the seed growth.
There was more basketball on Saturday. This time our U14 Girls A and B teams had their DVAC Festival here at BISB.
