Last Friday, the MUSE Team interviewed the new Head of Secondary, Ms Amy Murphy for our upcoming spring edition. Through this interview, we got to know our new head of secondary better as she enters our school community.
The conversation consisted of several interesting questions for Ms Murphy such as “What motivates you?” and “What do you believe makes a perfect school?” to which she provided inspiring and insightful answers. A particularly significant response was what she had to say about being a good Head of Secondary: “I think a good Head of Secondary is brave enough to identify the things that need to be improved and wants to work with the relevant people to make those improvements.”
In this segment, she delves into how important it is that the educational system doesn’t stay static and is constantly improving. We really enjoyed interviewing Ms Murphy and if you’d like to read more, look out for our Spring Edition which will be available in March on Firefly, on our website and as a printed magazine.
