The BISB Community Links Charity Fair will be held on Thursday 1 February 2018, 4-6pm in the school dining room and atrium.
The main goal in running this event, is to raise awareness in the school community and provide information on local charities and issues. There will be presentations from each of the charities and representatives will be on hand afterwards to help answer individual questions on the difference your 1% donation will make to them.
The charities that will be in attendance are
Light in the Dark Foundation |
Helps visually impaired people by organising events to raise funds for e.g. technology such as computers to ease the life of these people |
Óbuda Community |
Its purpose is to provide residents with a wide variety of opportunities for their community activities in the Óbuda-Hegyvidék |
Csodalámpa |
Makes sick childrens’ wishes come true |
Karitatív Food for Life |
Collects food for homeless and disadvantaged people |
St Margaret’s Anglican Episcopal Church |
Sunday service is the Holy Eucharist in contemporary English and with music and sermon

Collects donations for ones in need and delivers them by bicycle |
Yfu Hungary |
