Registration & security | 1. Visitors are requested to bring their ID or school badge to present to the registration desk before entering the school. Participants (players) will receive a yellow tag and parents will receive a blue tag. 2. Once the tournament begins, only players will be able to access the playing venue (Sports Hall). 3. Visitors (parents, etc..) are requested to stay in the waiting area provided. We will give 3-5 minutes for the parents/coaches to get inside the playing venue to take photos before the round starts. 4. After each round, parents/players will be able to check the results. If there are any changes or errors, parents/player must inform the Cheif Arbiter before the next round. Failure to inform us of these changes can be grounds for denial. |
