Another week and another Drama exam! The Year 11 class at St Andrews International School worked incredibly hard to create original and thoughtful theatre in their groups. We saw murder mystery, horror and drama genres explored and the students had the audience on the edge of their seats. The Year 11 class have one more practical exam and then they can breathe a huge sigh of relief as they go into 2019 with only their written exam to prepare for.
No rest for the Department though, the Year 13 solo exams start next week.

Students at St Andrews International School Bangkok have begun an exciting artificial intelligence project: integrating Nord Anglia’s “Misty the Robot” with conversational AI model, ChatGPT. Under the guidance of our Head of Robotics, Mr Rob Parker, they recently presented their results to Regional Managing Director, Mr Shaun Williams, as well as the Board of Directors at St Andrews, with the proposition of growing this project as a collaborative research venture across Nord Anglia schools.
With the goal of providing meaningful help to the flood victims in the northern regions of Thailand, our entire community at St Andrews Bangkok came together to raise funds and donations for the affected families. In the span of a few short weeks, added to donations of food and clothing, we managed to raise an astounding total of 386,676.50 THB in donation funds. To all students, teachers, parents, and staff who participated in our efforts and contributed to this cause—thank you!
