DCIS School Fees for 2025-2026

Application Stage

All parents complete an application form for each child and at this stage, we charge a non-refundable Application Fee of SGD 825 (including GST) per child. From 1st September 2025, the Application Fee will be S$850.

 

Enrolment Stage

Upon our confirmation of an available place and once all relevant assessments have been undertaken, a one-time only, non-refundable Registration Fee is required for all new students to secure a placement at Dover Court International School. This fee is SGD 3,150 (including GST) and is not deductible against the tuition fees. From 1st September 2025, the Registration Fee will be S$3,230.

 

DCIS Tuition Fees 2025-2026

All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

DCIS ensures the highest quality education for all students. The following table details our school fees for Early Years, Primary School, Secondary School and Sixth Form.

FAQs

  • Is the Application Fee refundable?
    Once paid, the application fee is non-refundable.
  • What is the building fund fee?

    The Building Fund Fee of SGD 1045 per term (including GST), which is charged to all students as a contribution towards DCIS' annual building and maintenance cost. The building fund is invoiced termly, so the annual amount due is SGD 3,135.

  • Do fees for Dover Court International School go up every year?

    Fees are reviewed on an annual basis as part of the budget process. Several factors are taken into account when assessing the fee level for the forthcoming year, these include planned campus and curriculum improvements and local economic factors such as inflation.

  • How does the process differ if my company is paying the tuition fees?

    Our aim is to make the process as straightforward and simple as possible for you, the parents. In the event that your company will be paying school fees, our Admissions Team and Finance Team will be happy to liaise directly with your company on financial matters, allowing you to concentrate on your child’s education and well-being.

  • Do you have a sibling discount?

    Yes, upon enrolment of your fourth child you will receive a discount on the fourth child's fees of 10%.

  • What is the difference between the Learning Pathways?

    DCIS has three learning pathways that enable all students to access learning, thrive and grow into happy and well-rounded individuals, prepared for their next step in study, training or the world of work.

    Pathway 1 - Our mainstream pathway.

    Pathway 2 - Our Pathway 2 also follows the mainstream curriculum but provides a greater level of support due to a higher level of need.

    Pathway 3 - Pathway 3 provides the highest level of support for students with more significant learning and/or social needs.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    Payments can be made by:

    1. Electronic bank transfer in Singapore Dollars (SGD) to the DCIS bank account:

    The remitter is responsible for all bank and foreign exchange charges. Any transfer fees or charges that are eventually deducted from the amount received by the school will remain on your account for collection.

    Please provide a copy of the bank remittance and the student’s name to the Finance Office

    (finance@dovercourt.edu.sg) as proof of payment. To help us identify your payment, please list the invoice number and/or your child’s name (stated on your invoice) in the reference details at the time of your transfer.

    When fee payment is undertaken by a company on behalf of a student’s parents/guardians, a company representative will be asked to provide a DCIS Letter of Guaranteewhen the student is enrolled at DCIS.

    2. Monthly GIRO Payment

    Monthly GIRO payment is offered at no extra charge to all parents who pay fees privately. A Frequently Asked Questions document gives full details of the arrangement and accompanies this letter and is also available on the Parent Portal.

    The following points are important to note:

    • Existing GIRO arrangements will continue and no new form needs to be submitted
    • Completed original GIRO forms must be submitted to the Finance Department, electronic copies will not be accepted.
    • A separate GIRO form must be completed for each student at Dover Court.
    • As the GIRO takes several weeks to process GIRO forms must be returned as soon as possible to allow sufficient processing time
    • There are 9 payment deductions annually, with the final payment of the academic year taking place on 1st April.
    • Requests for GIRO payments should be sent by email to: finance@dovercourt.edu.sg
