Supported by their brilliant class teacher, your child will explore the world around them from an early age.
Our Foundation 2 children visit the local petting zoo where, with the help of an ecologist and their knowledge of the seasons, they search the woods for insects and the first signs of spring. In Year 3, our children get an early introduction to world-class art, discovering the works of the Dutch Masters – including van Gogh, Mondrian, and Hieronymus Bosch – at galleries across Rotterdam.
For 10 weeks, our Year 4 and 5 students get close to nature in a local garden, studying the biology of plants. They also grow their own vegetables, germinating, planting, and tending to the garden in spring before returning in autumn to harvest their crop, which they use to cook a delicious pizza or soup.
MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE
In our inclusive international family, your child will become a principled, self-aware global citizen who makes a genuine difference to the world around them.
Whether it’s taking on a leadership role on our Student Council, supporting the local community through our kindness club, or fundraising for charities like WWF and Pink Ribbon, our students drive change every single day. Your child will also learn about the challenges facing our planet – and take action to address them – through our exclusive collaboration with UNICEF.
