Our University Counselling service
At NAISR, we’re fully invested in every aspect of our students’ education. This includes helping them to fulfil their ambitions when they leave us, which often involves going to university.
Our University Counselling office offers personalised support to each student as they embark on their journey to higher education. Tailored to their interests, talents, and aspirations, we guide students and parents through the application process.
This support begins in the latter stages of secondary school. We get in touch with our Year 11 students and their families towards the end of the second term, as they start to map out their International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme choices.
We keep in close contact with our Year 12 students throughout their first semester to make sure they’re following courses that match their aspirations after they graduate. Towards the end of Year 12, we preview the university application process with students and parents.
We’ll meet regularly with you and your child throughout Year 13 to keep on top of the application process. We’ll keep you informed about deadlines and help you to prepare official documents, too. Our University Counsellor also works closely with teachers and students to craft effective and meaningful letters of recommendation to support the application.
