A gentle reminder - please bring cash for food, drinks and for Parent/Teacher run Stalls and Activities
Dear Parents,
Thank you for your tremendous support for The Summer Fair - with 670 tickets sold, we are going to have a great day! Our dedicated volunteer parents are issuing tickets to your registered email and you should receive them by Friday 26 April.
You can still purchase tickets with the QR code if you haven't done so. Any questions please contact us at naishkptasummerfair@gmail.com
KEY INFO FOR THE SUMMER FAIR
UG FLOOR
Make your way up the staircase from the street entrance to our reception tables for check in and wristband collection - have your e-tickets ready!!
Don’t forget to pick up your free Summer Fair souvenir (first come first served) before you move on.
Your Full Access Ticket is for play all day at the UG game booths and inflatables (subject to height/weight limit for safety) including free popcorn for all!
Chartwells is equipped with smoothies, snacks, hot dogs, and cotton candy for purchase.
We are also joined by an NGO “Sai Kung Stray Friends". Stop by for a photo op with two furry friends (subject to donation to the organization) and to learn more about them.
1/F & 2/F CLASSROOMSHead up to 1/F and 2/F for sales and activities tables run by teachers, parents, and students.Please bring cash to get involved.
2/F AUDITORIUMThanks to our generous parents we have our auction corner for the country baskets ๐ฎ๐ณ ๐ฌ๐ง ๐ฎ๐น ๐จ๐ณ ๐ง๐ท ๐ฆ๐ท ๐ฉ๐ช ๐ฆ๐บ ๐น๐ท๐ญ๐ฐ - please put in your bid so you don’t miss out!
And throughout the day, catch the performances in the auditorium by our talented students!
There will be food and drinks available for sale - Sandy’s Kitchen, Chinese food stall ๅคงๅปๆ็ and Chartwells are providing lunch, snacks and drinks. Our wine vendor Apollon will have wine tasting (and ordering for delivery). If you are not driving feel free to pick up a can of Carlsberg beer from our self-served cooler in the auditorium.
Check out the Parent-Run Stalls selling handcrafted Italian artisanal glass tumblers, organic vegetables, home-made goodies and more.
Please also stop by the Scouts 1800TH Silver Jubilee table to buy some cookies.
