We know our students want to make their mark in the world, and we work hard at NAIS Hong Kong to empower them. In Primary, our students jump into
Global Campus' Social Impact programme, where they learn about the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. In response, we task them to create solutions to some of the world's biggest problems, participating in UNICEF's Global Challenge. While supporting hundreds of local causes through the SDGs and activities with UNICEF, our students are able to gain an enhanced understanding of the world.
Many also enjoy participating in and leading local and international Model United Nations conferences, where they share their thoughts and proposals to improve the world on a global stage. At NAIS Hong Kong, our MUN Club meets weekly, and we host a junior MUN conference annually.
Some of our outstanding students even get invited to participate in the life-changing opportunity to travel internationally to join seminars, workshops, and speaking opportunities at the High-level Political Forum (HLPF) at the UN headquarters in New York. They strive to influence world leaders to make our world a better place.
