After a long U19 basketball season our boys, along with Mr. Scofield, travelled to Beijing to represent Léman in the ACAMIS Silver division championships.
It was a great tournament and the competition was tough. Our boys played 8 games in total, facing teams from around China. The boys played in the semi finals against a strong team that we had beaten in the round robin stage but BIBA played well and moved to the finals pushing us to fight for 3rd spot with BISS who had actually beaten us earlier. The LIS boys played with determination and were relentless. They played till the end and won in a very close match to place third overall!
