She joins us from another school in Singapore, where she was Principal and she is delighted to be joining the team at Dover Court.
Luna has a particular passion for giving children opportunities to make their learning meaningful through real-life experiences, inquiry and play. She believes that children learn best when they are invested in their own learning and that this happens when they are excited by wonderings and are given the confidence to experiment with new ideas. She believes in the phrase ‘it takes a village to raise a child’ and is passionate about working together as a community to enable each child to understand their place in the world and reach their unique potential. Luna has a keen interest in learning languages and finding out about new cultures and foods. She also loves to encourage and engage in creativity. She has led a number of different clubs, activities and excursions including overseas trips, multilingual singing, website design, TV production and batik painting.
Luna is a keen traveller and enjoys experiencing new places. She enjoys painting, singing, photography, yoga and running. Her favourite activity outside of school is spending time with her family and trying delicious new foods.
