This week, the children in Year 1 and Year 2 took to the stage to celebrate the magic of Christmas with a nativity performance of 'Born in a Barn'.
There was a good deal of commotion in a Bethlehem stable when the animals realised that there was a baby in the barn! The cows, sheep, pigs, cat, mice and cockerels all learned about their special guest from the donkey who had brought the baby’s parents to the barn, as well as the guests that follow. As the evening unfolds, more and more visitors arrived to greet the new King. The animals living in the barn slowly realised what a privilege it was to share their home with such an important baby.
The children were absolutely brilliant on stage, they all knew their lines so well and were singing beautifully. Thank you for being amazing! We would also like to thank all parents for your support, with both costumes and rehearsing.
