In recognition of International Day of Peace, our community explored the meaning of peace and how we can work together to promote it in our classrooms and the world around us.
International Dot Day was created to encourage people of all ages to harness their creativity and it has grown to be a worldwide celebration each year. In Dover Court's EYFS, the students got busy with writing, drawing, painting, or other creative outlets.
Two weeks in and I, like many of our community, are navigating the new normal, some for the first time a Dover Court and some just experiencing a different Dover Court.
Here in Singapore we are privileged to welcome our students back onto campus, however, between the limited after school programme, restrictions on group sizes and wearing of masks, all I fully agree with, things have a slightly less connected feel. To recognise our new normal we have placed the well-being of our community at the centre of our opening and approach to the first term.
Dover Court International School is proud to share the news that the second cohort of Year 13 International Baccalaureate students has achieved excellent results this year.
Back in October 2019, 6KK were selected to work alongside Juilliard Student Coach, John Hewitt - Juilliard Alumni as a mentor through the Choreography Challenge.
